* Letter-mail Shipping is untracked and you will only receive a notification when the package is sent.  Shipping times are usually 1-2 weeks within Canada Shipping times are currently effected due to the pandemic and patience is really appreciated! At this time letter-mail shipping is only available on orders shipping to Canadian addresses.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if available) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@notyouraveragescrubcaps.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product
