Scrub caps have always been seen throughout the healthcare environment and tons of professions wear them daily.

I started wearing scrub caps when I entered the Nursing Profession in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. I thought it was the best way to tame my hair with all the PPE that was being worn.

This was extremely important to me.

Working a shift work job means early mornings and long days.  Being able to skip the hair styling before my shift really allowed me to spend more time sleeping or meal prepping for my shift.
